I hate making these but I am at my wits end. I have been going through game archive after game archive and googling this for a good 4 days and it has been fruitless. So I come to you guys.
What I remember of the game is that it was a top down 3rd person game. You were a cop or an agency or something like that fighting crime etc. I remember the beginning and the tutorials was that you woke up from a tube bed thing in a circular room. You started off with gun training in a shooting range.
The catch was though that you had powers like biomods and there were a handful of other agents that had these powers. The first one you got was the ability to shoot fireballs. It was a really dark, gritty game and your character was this big burly guy.
I think the game was also a sequal considering that your guy had "forgotten" all of his old training and had to start over again.
The game was for the pc and I think it came out sometime around the 1999 to 2001 area. Again sorry about this I hate making these threads.
Edit: more info. The agents all had different powers like one had lightning and another ice etc. yours was fire and you got more and more upgrades for it as the game went on.
