Help Finding Tirtouga

So in pokemon white I got the fossil for Archen, and then later on after reviving him, I decided to try and get Tirtouga using the global trading stations located in the pokemon centers. Unfortunatly I have yet to actually seen a Tirtouga in the game and I was wondering if anybody knew where could find a npc trainer that owns a Tirtouga.

There isn't one. Sorry. Im afraid the only way you'll see Tirtouga is via trade from another copy. I have the same problem but for Archen

Wrong. There is a trainer somewhere in the world with a tirtouga. Otherwise I wouldn't be breeding archen out the ass in order to get a bunch off the gts for my friends.

If you'd like, you can message me your friend code and I can see if the fruits of my labor have paid off yet. If so, I can trade you a tirtouga egg for some derp.

EDIT: Yes, I just checked the GTS and I have a tirtouga. I will breed you one now.

Hey, sorry to res what I'm sure is a dead thread, but if you're still looking for a Tirtouga there is one held by an Ace Trainer near the exit of Chargestone Cave. Just enter from the Milstralton City (I think that's the city it exits to) side and head south, he'll be the one blocking the magnet.
