HELP IDENTIFYING OLD GAME!

Hi
so i need some help with finding this old game.
What i remember:
From the 90s
3 person shooter
took place in space
Man with jetpack
Fought aliens

and the aliens looked like bugs... Large bugs...

and also, you were in a space station in one level. Another one was moon like. And another one was like paradice or something...

Anyways, the game was 3d (i mean not 2d like the first doom or anything)

You could only fire your jetpack just a few times, and you had to wait for it to recharge...

Also, the cover had an image of the guy, with the jetpack, he was launcing towards the camera from a cliff or something... His space suit was dark, the jetpacks had arms extending out which had the rockets muzzle on them. And you used them to jump...

I know i have played this...

It's quite a long shot, but it sounds a little like Giants: Citizen Kabuto...though that's not really in space, it's on a tropical alien world -- which might explain why you remember a paradise level. The cover also didn't have the guy flying off a cliff, but there are two marines floating in front of a cliff next to a big ass monster and a naked blue chick.

Damn, this is making me want to play it again, that game slayed.

EDIT, no the dude above me is right, it's gotta be Outwars. The cover is exactly right.
