So ive been asking around some of my friends a game like Gladius

What i am looking for is a decent turn based Strat game, For either the Xbox360 or the PC (maybe the ps3 as im thinking about finally picking one up over the holidays)
So the Main things i am looking for in the game are:
Turn based combat
RPG
Create your own squad of basically who ever you want. (rather then You need 4/5 characters)
Fantasy setting(sci-fi/modern is ok but fantasy is my poison of choice)
