So, currently I am unable to play in this contest that is going on at the Escapist, the Rise of Nightmares deal. I enter all my information and am then brought back to the first screen to do it all over again. What's more, I now for whatever reason have the badge you get when you start up the game, but can't access the mansion in any way, all I get is a picture of the giant mansion and nothing else.
The support staff at the escapist have been no help at all, saying that they can't help me for whatever reasons due to them suspecting its a firewall or anti-virus software issue. I would really appreciate some help in fixing this, as the same thing happened during the El Shaddai contest, preventing me from participating in that one as well.
And yes, I have tried using a different browser. The same problem occurred.
