OK, Bayonetta is pretty awesome, and based on the demos of both Bayonetta and Dante's Inferno, I went with Bayonetta. Since you're mentioning Demon's Souls, you may only have a PS3, in which case Bayonetta would be disappointing (and may also explain why based on the demos you're undecided - the PS3 demo was not as good as the 360 demo).Chancie said:So, I have too many console games that I still need to play, and I can't make up my mind which I should start next. Bayonetta - I've been in the mood for a hack n' slash lately, and the demo was pretty fun. It reminded me a lot of Devil May Cry, which I absolutely love.
Dante's Inferno - Basically the same as Bayonetta. Hack n' slash and the demo was pretty cool.
Assassin's Creed 2 - I loved the first Assassin's Creed, and everyone says the second is even better.
Demon's Souls - I've heard it's great and I want to play it before the servers go down (which I heard is in March), but I'm not sure if I feel like getting my butt kicked at the moment.

Assassin's Creed I haven't played so I can't comment.
If the Demon's Souls servers are going down, I'd be wary of buying it. I don't know how big of a deal the multiplayer is, but it seems to still be very expensive for a game that'll be seriously crippled soon. If you can find it for cheap, it'd be a lot of fun to get some game time in with it, but I'm thinking even $20 would be excessive.
