You sound like you know roughly what you want. Newegg.com has a high-speed interface that lets you narrow down results based on some of those specs (HDD space, processor speed, etc.) and you can further narrow them down with other options, like choosing dual- or quad-core.
Word of warning: I took a look at Newegg using your specs, with some slight modifications. I'm pretty sure a high-speed laptop like what I think you're looking for is going to cost $700 minimum.
