Help me find this browser game, please.

It's set up somewhat like a chess game on a checkered board. I believe the 'figures' to choose from are Soldier, Cleric, Rogue, Scout, Witch, and one that can paralyze others. There are also golems and dragons I think, but you may have to pay for them.

Can anyone tell me the name of this game? It's found online and you play it in a pop-up. I can't remember the name of it but I remember it being decent amounts of fun. I did try googling it but to no avail..

This game does sound familiar but it was years since i played what i think you may be talking about so the name of it is a complete blank (it's like a tactics game right?). (this is more of a helpful bump than anything else)

I used to play it like 24/7 but I had a downloaded version Which has since been lost in time... Anyways, game found so have fun! Back to Need For Speed World for me.
