Help me identify this object

So I got this christmas present from my Dad, and whilst I refuse to admit to him that I have no idea what it is, the fact remains: I have no idea what it is.

Spoiler: It's about 11 1/2 inches long (290mm) flat for the most part with a screw thread at one end and a curved rounded end at the other.

Spoiler: It has only one identifying mark at the end

So before I have to go to my father and admit defeat, does anyone know what this is?

Yeah I did that too. I did briefly consider that my Dad had bought me this item purely to make me reverse image search the character on the end and make me look at a fat hairy naked man's penis. In which case I have been trolled masterfully.

My first thought was "ear cleaning device". Not the q-tip thing, but the really elaborate scooper but then the handle would probably be too long for that and I can't believe that bend end is a mini spoon.

Maybe something related to a hobby of yours?
