Trying to convince myself i want a 360.
Any suggestions for games i might like with this list of games i have for the PC would be great!
here are the games i like for it so far.

1)Halo (Yes it's a mediocre FPS but at least it's fun every now and again Also No one's really playing the PC version)
2)GTA 4. (I keep hearing 360 port is better)
3)Fable. Not Fable 2. Fable 1

Gears 1 and 2 are sheer gory fun.
Chromehounds can be enjoyable for a bit.
CoD 4 if you don't already have it for the PC.
The Project Gotham Racing games are decent.
Rock Band is fun with others and by yourself.
Dead Rising for sheer zombie killing fun.
Hope you found something interesting in that list.

Let's see...I'll list off a few of my PERSONAL favorites.

-Gears of War 1/2 -- Yes, I know a lot of people hate it, but it's fun to play with friends.

-MASS EFFECT (and upcoming sequel) -- I cannot stress this one enough. This is one of my favorite games of all time.

-Assassin's Creed -- I know, I'm in the minority who actually enjoyed this game, but if you play it without buying into the reviews beforehand, it's a quality game.

GTA 4 sucks regardless of console.
I agree. Saints Row 2 is way better.

But to answer the question. COD 4, Mass Effect, Oblivion, Assassins Creed, Saints Row, I don't recomend Gears of War though.

Mass Effect, Assasins Creed, Gears of War, Gears of War 2, Grand Theft Auto 4, Saints Row 2, GUN, Fallout 3, Star Wars: The Force Unleashed, Oblivion, Overlord, Bully, Chronicals of Riddick: Assault on Dark Athena, Mercenaries 2, Spiderman: Web of Shadows, Dynasty Warriors 6, Bioshock, Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2, X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

This is my library. Also I feel the best games on the system.

Titles I do not own worth getting a 360 for:

Fable, Star Wars: Republic Commando, Call of Duty 4, The Darkness

Yes, and if you have it for the PS3, you should never play it again, as it might ruin your console. Anyways, Mass Effect, maybe Gears of War (though I wasn't too impressed with number two,) and Left 4 Dead. That's all I can think of.

More than half of those are also on the PS3.

I'd suggest some good downloadable games. Castle Crashers is endless fun with four buddies inthe room. Alien Hominid HD is also fun but incredibly difficult to those with little mastery of the old ways of gaming which separates boys from men. The Maw is a fun and quirky title that looks gorgeous and is increadibly entertaining. Aegis Wing is reminiscent of other horizontal shooters and best of all is absolutely free.

Crackdown is an underappreciated game that is more fun than seems posible under municiple law. It is more fun than the combination of a kitten with a lazer pointer in some parts.

Rainbow Six Vegas is a well made and fun tactical shooter and still has a good community still active.

I know of plenty more but I can't think of ones already mentioned and am unwilling to offer games I have not played yet.

EDIT: Oh wait I forgot to mention Condemned Criminal Origins. Just trust me if you like survival horror or action get this game now!

Well, if you plan on getting Xbox Live, you definitely need to get Call of Duty 4 or World at War(it's whatever your preference is. I like both, some people don't like World at War.) and Left 4 Dead. Halo 3 is a solid FPS, Saints Row 2 is much better then GTA4. If you want to spend the money, get Rock Band 2 Special Edition(comes with everything except an extra guitar). As already stated, Mass Effect is amazing and has one of the best stories ever. Also, if you like Western RPG's, Elder Scrolls Oblivion and Fallout 3 are excellent games. Really, other then that, it comes down to preference.

In his defense, he did say that was his library, not his exclusives.
Plus they are all (well, the ones I've played) pretty good games in one way or another.
Especially Fallout and Gears.
I'm a Halo and COD4 person, but you will get massive amounts of fun playing Rock Band / Rock Band 2 (depending on were you live), especially if you have people playing it with you.
But I'm fairly sure the only thing exclusive to the Xbox360 that I've said is Halo.
Apart from good COD4 online multiplayer

Well, why are you trying to convince yourself of this? I mean, if you're happy with what you have, why not go buy a bunch of things for it?

Well if you have a decent PC like you said the only games that would really interest you are the ones you mentioned plus gears2. The 360 version of GTA4 is fine, I much perfered the PS3 version though, didnt notice much of the world loading when driving fast etc..etc.. as with the 360 version. Crackdown is another game id say is good for the 360 but I think it will be overshadowed by Prototype which you can get on your PC.

Nearly everything everyone has mentioned is not a 360 exclusive and can be get for PC and is arguably a better version of the game. So they really wont be much of a persuasion to get the console, really only get one if you really perfer playing games in your loungeroom or bed or whatever.

The Darkness
The game was awful, but the graphic novel offered up much more potential (at least until the second volume). I advise most people to steer clear of the game as it barely skims the surface of what the character and story is really about.

I don't own a 360, but my personal interests are with Oblivion, Viva Pinata, Mass Effect, Star Wars: Force Unleashed, Assassins Creed, and Fable 2.

Saint's Row and Saint's Row 2 are worth the price of the console alone. I know Saint's row 2 isn't an exclusive, but if you want to know anything about the story (which is actually really good), you have to have played #1 first.
