Help me with some clothing.

So there's this shirt I REALLY want but it comes only in a junior size and my question is what the heck is a "junior" size? I thought there was only, kids, adults (mens) and womens clothing sizes or designs or types or whatever. So yeah if anyone could tell me that it'd be greatly appreciated.

I don't know if sizes are universal. I have heard that in places like the gap and crap (sorry for the rhyme) that they alter sizes. Such as if you were a 36 in the waist in another store in theirs you are a 34 or less :/. I guess you would just have to try it on but I am assuming you are ordering it online and can't. Google?

Don't know for sure, I think it is normal sized, but a less developted cut (in less space for muscles and stuff)

Sizes vary a hell of a lot between countries, brands and types of clothing, so there's no answer to that.

I'm guessing junior means kids' size.

It's a complete crap shoot even when the sizes are in numbers, so if any way possible get your hands on clothing before you buy it.

Well thank you but I was never good with measurements, what if I get a large version? Think that would fit me? I am 5'11" I think my jean size is like 31x32 (or 32x31) I'm not very muscular, pretty skinny, but I do wear large shirts and even then sometimes they are too big for me, I CAN wear medium shirts. I'd love to get this t-shirt even if it is a girl's size.

The shape of women's clothing is different. Unless you're a busty and/or hippy man, you'll look silly. Ditto for boy's clothing. The neck will usually be too small, or the arms and length will be too short for a man.

I would suggest waiting for an appropriate size (probably a medium or a small, maybe even extra small), especially with an online purchase. Unless you've got money to blow on a maybe, then go nuts.
