ok, so i got this wireless gaming reciever for my computer so i can use my 360 controller for games on my computer. well the problem is that the computer seems to think that i dont have the driver software for the device, even though i have the disc and have installed the driver.

please help

have you bothered to reinstall the driver?

have you instailled the right driver?

example you insailled a 32-bit driver on a 64-bit OS and Vice vercia

trying downloading the software from here.

already did that, i installed the right driver and i have re-installed it 3 times now
