Help my friend make a Joker/Harley Quinn playlist

Anyone here know 8tracks? It's a website that allows for users to make and listen to playlists for free! Some of our creatively inclined brethren in the geek community enjoy making such playlists devoted to fictional characters; a friend of mine is one such person, and her latest project is a collection of music dedicated to the relationship between Batman characters Joker and Harley Quinn.

She asked me for help the other day, and now that I have exhausted my suggestions I am here to ask you guys! Got any ideas?

If you are somehow not familiar with the goddamn Joker, then any songs you know which possess themes of comedy, madness, abusive romance, or 'dark carnival' would be most appropriate. Tonally, nothing too extreme, more nice happy stuff! To give you an idea, my suggestion of 'Closer' was turned down.

Actually, just pull up any of those lists about songs that are about rape or stalking.

Personally, I think Harley is much more interesting when she's with Ivy than the Joker.

It is and we both love it BUT it doesn't feature Harley. If it was just about the Joker and less about Batman it could work, but as it is is just a little too far removed from the subject matter. Thanks though!

I only have 1 suggestion... and it hits pretty spot on to the source material. "Waltz in Black" by "The Stranglers" is pretty much perfect for this playlist; complete with manical laughing. (A bit different to their other famous track with 3/4 time elements: Golden Brown)
