For a few weeks now i noticed that Firefox keeps losing my cookies. I didn't think much of it untill i installed BF2 and to my surprize no matter how many times i patched it it stayed unpatched. So i rushed to my program files to find that EVERY FILE ON MY C DRIVE is write protected. When i try to untick the checkbox it just puts itself back on as soon as i close the window. I can copy files onto the hard drive, delete them but can not modify them. Strangely enough i can still modify files myself, but programs can't write on them apparently. Help please?
One more thing, this started shortly after i defragged with DisKeeper. I uninstalled it a while ago.
