Help with Civ 5

OK so I got Civ 5's expansion and I'm hit a bit of a wall. I have enough Faith to create a pantheon but the game neglects to tell me how. The religion overview page just says "You have enough faith to start a pantheon!" with no other information. Any help?

The game will prompt you to choose a Pantheon as soon as you are able. It's not something you have to trigger yourself.

And yeah, I've passed the threshold of faith needed and still had to wait before. I think there's a time trigger as well.

Should get an icon at the right (above your next button) with a lightning bolt that should allow you to create one.

Remember, every time someone creates a pantheon, it takes more faith to get the next one.

It should have popped up automatically as soon as you had enough faith, a golden lightning bolt icon in the bottom right of the screen. If not, you might have missed your opportunity because other players/AI opponents took them all. Same goes for proper religions too, if 6 have already been created, you're SOL.
