SPOILER!
I've just completed a mission in NYC. Which was to broadcast a message to the NSF.
Then afterwards I'm supposed to meet my brother but he is nowhere to be found. I've looked everywhere.
At Gamefaqs they said he is at the hotel, but he is not there.
Please help me.
SPOILER!

I had this happen to me once. Apparently its some kind of glitch. You may have to reload an earlier save and do the mission over and go back to the hotel.

Hmm, you did sneak in the window at the back didn't you? I can't remember, but if you go in the front he isn't there, at least, that happened to me...

Yeah, alas there are some minor glitches which can cause this sort of thing to happen. The best thing to do is reload from a previous save...

I dont have a previous save.
So I guess I'll just leave on the shelf then.
Kind of the same thing happened to me in Mass Effect, when they told me to talk to a guy who was dead.
I wish they would playtest games before they release them, stupid developers.

I really dont think you should need to have more than one save, because unless something like this happens you dont need it.

Whatever you do, do not leave Deus Ex on the shelf. Play through it from the beginning if you need to, but please play it until the end. It won't even take you that long, and you'll thank me for it at the end. It is and always will be one of the greatest games of all time.

I found if he doesn't show up when you first get there, if you frig around Hell's Kitchen for a bit, he will show up eventually.

How long does it take to play through?

For a new guy, 10-15 hours, a quick run however, could be as little as 4. I recommend taking lots of time tho, tonnes of hidden side quests and fun stuff.

Go to a different area to get to a load screen. Then go back to the hotel. Try to enter the hotel from the roof/window if you can. You've been to his hotel room already, I take it?
