Help with embeding

Hey everybody. I see a lot of you guys embed videos in some topics like the music related ones. I feel really newbish when i just post a link. Can anybody here give me a simple explanation on how to embed?

youtube in one word mind

the vid code is the part of the url that comes after v=
ie: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dQw4w9WgXcQ

in this case it's dQw4w9WgXcQ
so the embed code will be
[you tube="dQw4w9WgXcQ"]

Like that. Quote me to see the changes. put whatever comes after the = in the youtube link after youtube. square brackets go aroun the entire code, not just the word youtube.

The code needs to go WITHIN the [ ]


Press Quote and see how I did it.
