On the 360? She couldn't possibly have a "bunch" a "bunch" simply do not exist for the console.

Well, she could have Blue Dragon, Eternal Sonata, Enchanted Arms, Lost Odyssey, Infinite Undiscovery and Tales of Vesperia (+ PSU, if that counts.). There's plenty to play in those if you're starved enough for JRPGs. And that's more than any other current-gen home console currently, which is weird.

Dead Rising for Xbox was a fun game, it wasn't perfect but it is bloody fun!

Considering the Wii version gets rid of the time limit, does that make it the superior version?

Does it have to be superior? You could just enjoy both.

The Wii port of Dead Rising seems crappy, to be honest. All the clips and shots I've seen show way less zombies than in the 360 version (which is what the game is about). It does fix some things that needed them like the shitty save system, but it remains to be seen whether the improvements outweigh the compromises that are made.

Well, Halo 3 is obvious and has already been mentioned. And you should really consider renting Gears of War (not buying though, unless you really like the multiplayer (and I mean you have to think it's the highest and most perfect form of multiplayer ever created)).

Oblivion and Mass Effect as well, assuming you don't have them on the PC. Assassin's Creed fits into that group as well.

And there's the quickly encroaching releases of Fable 2 and Gears of War 2.

CoD 4's a good rent or buy too but I assume a self-described "hardcore PC gamer" such as yourself already has that.

Those were 360 suggestions by the way.

Uncharted is an excellent Rent and if you're a completionist than a great buy.

Check PSN and XBLA - lots of Gems on there.

You disgust me...Uncharted isn't a rent, it's an obvious buy, but I agree with Warhawk, however not to the same extent. If you're in to CoD, playing warhawk will seem like a backwards step.

Anyway, CoD isn't like Warhawk at all really, it's more "Modded Counter Strike"-ish, while Warhawk is battlefield-ish...but you have to wait for weapon spawns >_< - they gotta fix that!

Oh yeah, TC if you can get past the initial PAIN IN THE ASS then Metal Gear Online is awesome.

And now that you own all the consoles, you should let go of the PC gaming fanboy attitude otherwise every game you pick up will just be "if this were on the PC it would be sooooo much better because" which begs the question "then why did you buy it in the first place?

Never =), I just didnt want people to recomend me console games that are on pc since I do follow the pc "gaming scene". That and will probly die of old age b4 I learn how to aim with a analog stick.

Also, forgive me for asking, but if you only just got a ps3 and a 360, why are you only getting exclusives for those two individually? Why not ask for shared games between those two as well and suggestions of which console they run better on?

Maybe I didnt make myself clear but games that are console exclusives are also welcome, and wich one to get would be nice.

Just got uncharted and R&C, rented resistance for the weekend to get ready for the second one, the trailer with the huge monster swinging the bridge where the player was got into me, any chance I can get a mouse to work?, got Braid on the xbla and will probly get castle crashers if I can convince she and some friends to do it.

Money going away at a extremely fast rate, gonna have to stay home this weekend but thanks for the replies.
