Help with my PC (audio)

Can someone please tell me how to turn a WMA into an MP3, I'm auditioning for an online radio show and I need to know how so I can send my auditions in.

Goldwave is a freeware program that I like to use to do this job. Load the file in, then save it as an MP3. Very simple.
