2.Take it slow, sure there is a time limit but vehicle damage is your number 1 enemy.
3. Use the homey glitch. The Tow Truck is a two seat vehicle, so If you recruit three or more the excess will steal a vehicle to catch up. If you recruit them near the target vehicle they will drive that vehicle. It's a great way to keep your rival gang and police notoriety down.
Not to mention that it saves your vehicle getting damaged.
