Help with Steam

O.K. My Steam account has recentley been disabled due to both me and my brother using the account in different locations. My brother is in the military and this is the only way for him to play games so I allowed him to use the account as long as I could too. But Valve, being the idiots that they are, have disabled my account which I have had for 4 years thats been hacked and reclaimed at least twice and I can't find a way to send them an email stating how retarded they are. Please help me, I have over 50 games on there and I don't want to loose them.

Dude sometimes you need to call in to get stuff fixed, you said you've been hacked, i'll bet hundreds of users appreciate the automatic account lock after the account is accessed from a diffferent location, Valve's a cool company, i'll bet they'll help you out.

By "I can't find a way to send them an email" I take it you don't know where to email it to?

Well, silly as it might seem, Steam accounts are not allowed to be shared between people. As it is, it's likely you've forfeited your account because you've violated the ToS. But try support.steampowered.com

I tried going onto the steam powered website and I've looked up the thread for "disabled account" and where it used say "send an email to support" that option isn't there any more

There's also the small fact that only one person can log into a specific Steam account at any one time, for obvious reasons. So, if your brother is logged in to your Steam account, you have no access, and vice versa.

Sorry, I feel stupid now as I just found a big blue add that says "Having trouble, contact Steam suport". You can /facepalm me now
