Help with uploading Avatar.

So I've been trying to upload this picture

And it's not been working. I've checked to make sure it's under 100k to see if it fits, and I've tried using both the URL option and the fileshare option but it keeps coming up with the broken link picture.

Any advice?

Howdy. Possibly try uploading the image with imageshack.us. It's free, I use it, and it gives you forum codes (sort of), and a place to store images, so you can access them on the internet, such as using a url as the source of an avatar.

Give it a try, hopefully you have more luck.

It's coming up with the broken picture thing on mine. Strange.

I had the same thing a while back. This doesn't work all the time, but I just tried opening it in a new tab as a direct link, and seeing if it shows up as an image. If not, and you get an error, something's wrong with it. It showed up normally for me then and after that it started working.

Also, maybe it's the wrong file type? Or maybe try clearing your cache/cookies or something...

Anyways, I see the avatar image clearly. If you already solved this problem, I suggest closing this thread. If not, try Ice Azures advice. Maybe a different web browser?

I have the same issue.

I can't see my avatar while using Chrome but I can while using IE.
