Hey there, I'm having annoying problems with my computer and I was hoping someone could help me.
Firstly, whenever I sign into Windows Live Messenger (probably the latest version but I'm not entirely sure) it immediately comes up with a message saying, "Windows Live Communications Platform has stopped working." It says it's "trying to find a solution" but it never does and has to close the program. I've looked on the Internet but can't find an answer that makes sense, (I'm not too hot on all the abbreviations used)
Also, sometimes when I start-up my computer and log in to my account, it immediately comes up with a message saying "Windows has encountered a critical error, you have one minute to save your work before windows shuts down." And after a minute it shuts down. This problem doesn't happen every time I turn the computer on, but I can only imagine it will get worse.
Any help anyone could give me would be nice.
