Hi All - I'm in South Korea, but have my 360 from home. I'm running on the U.S. live network, but since I'm connecting from a Korean IP, I don't have access to pretty much the entire LIVE marketplace. I do have a solid VPN solution for my other browsing needs, and it works quite well.

I purchased Hitman Absolution by going to xbox.com, and purchasing the game via the online store, since I was blocked from buying it through my console, added it to my downloads list, it downloaded and worked fine. I tried this again with a couple other games, and each download is now "corrupted." So, that leads me to believe that either my cheeky strategy to get around the region wall was discovered and blocked, or that I just lucked out?

So, here's my possible solution: Route my 360 through my laptop whilst my VPN is open, presenting a U.S. based IP address. Question is, how does one go about routing the traffic through my PC?

Do you have any suggestions that may work out better for me? This doesn't need to be a permanent setup, just something that I can use to access the TV shows I've purchased, buy new games digitally, etc...

Specifics:

Windows Vista (up to date)
XBOX 360
Linksys Router (can get the specific model when I get home)
Individual with limited networking experience, but moderately tech savvy (just not with networking)

EDITED FOR ORGANIZATION.
You can route your xbox through your computer by pluggin it into your ethernet port on your laptop. You can turn this ethernet port into a bridge and passthrough your xbox through your laptop(this is also a handy tip for people who want to use a laptop as a wireless adapter.)

However this may not be necessary. You may just be able to simply change your xbox DNS settings to that of your VPN and that may work.
Thanks dversion...could you perhaps point me to an easy to use guide as to how to do this? I tried doing that before, but the xbox wouldn't detect the Internet via my computer. I'm sure I was missing a step along the way...
