Help

I bought Warhammer Online today and installed it and made a account and downloaded the patch but everytime I try to run the games it says "This application has failed to start because d3dx9_34 was not found.Re-installing the application may fix the problem." I have uninstalled it and tried to run it again 5 miniutes ago and it is still coming up can anyone help me?.

Btw this is a brand new PC I have bought today don`t know if that has anything to do with it.

Thank you for the replys I thought it might have been that but everytime I tried to click on it in the WAR installer nothing would happen so I thought I already had it after I installed CoH oh well thanks for the help any way. Ill keep it in mind to use google before posting.
