Well, we have a school holiday and ive completely turned my days and nights around. Anyway, I cant get to sleep when I should to be able to turn it back around so im going to try, yet again, to stay up the entire day aswell, now, I suck at being up for long periods of time. So what are some good tips you guys can give me to keep me awake? =)

Red Bull. Lots and lots of Red Bull. And maybe some Bawls (an energy drink, get your mind out of the gutter), if you can find any in your area. Is there a Win-Co near you?

Drink Monster. And watch movies or run. Run fast. Or hit yourself in the face repeatedly.

Whatever you do, do not allow yourself to go to bed before your normal time. It's the same thing as for jet lag, you need to get your body acclimated to local (or, in this case, the outside world's) time or you'll stay out of sync. As for how, caffeine. That isn't very good for you in the long run, however, so try not to have too much.

Mints. Seriously - peppermint's a natural stimulant, and you don't crash as hard as with caffeine.
Being out and about helps too, if only to take your mind off how tired you are as well as not giving you access to any sort of bed (removing the temptation to sleep somewhat).

Constantly wash your face with cold water, it'll waken you up.
Also, showers for when you're about to fall asleep, that or swimming pools.
Gonna wash my face, thanks for the tip.

I tried that once, didn't end well...

OT: Always be in a lit room, have pleanty of sugar and watch some tv or play video games. Visual stimulation always keep me awake.

Lit room may help.

I have the same problem.

I tried staying awake for over 24 hours the other day, but unfortunately when I did finally go to bed I slept for 19 hours! Now it's past 5AM and I'm not even tired.

Apparently exercise can help, but it's never really worked for me.

Even though I don't recommend using stimulants to keep yourself awake, you could try drinking some Camomile Tea or Night Nurse and getting into bed with a book (reading on the internet isn't the same) about an hour before you want to fall asleep.

EDIT: I've also found that when I'm constantly drinking coffee all day to keep myself awake, I reach a point where it's too much for and my final pint makes me tired, but I guess that's just me crashing and it's probably not the best advice).

Cigarretes, they are incredible at giving you a boost of wakefullness even if dead tired, it doesn't last long so you have to stretch it out to those points where you are really tired. Excercise also works running a slow pace for awhile when you get back do a less cardio intensive work until your heart rate goes back close to normal and keep moving the rest of the day.
