Help!

Hey everyone.

Recently I have been having trouble trying to watch certain videos, primarily the ZP videos.

When I open the page, instead of showing the video, it just shows some little icon in the upper left hand corner, which I have no clue what it represents, or what I have done wrong.

I have clicked the help option, and followed all of those instructions and still it doesn't work.

Can anyone help with this?

you probably don't have the correct plugin installed on your internet browser to see it, but if you're using internet explorer or firefox you should be able to view it fine regardless.

Do you happen to have NoScript in your browser? That could be blocking JavaScripts.

Make sure you have all your plug-ins updated.

Yeah I have Internet Explorer 7, and I have no clue how to update my plug-ins...
