Help!!

For the last few days, PayPal has wrapped my brain around a corkscrew and nearly broken me in half because of all the shit it has neglected to tell me I need to do in order to get my account functional. First It never told me I needed to get my account authorized, then it never told me I had to fill out a registration form to get my money, then the link in the email never took me to any registration page, and then it never told me I needed to get my debit card confirmed. None of this info appeared anywhere in my account, anywhere on the side tabs, never anywhere, ever. Period. The confirmation code for my card should be displayed in a couple days right? That's what it said, or is there some bullshit that needs doing in addition.

Am I finally done here? Can I finally get the money I should have from selling my PSP. My eBay account is linked to my PayPal so that isn't a problem. The money has just been sitting waiting to be processed.

Please tell me if there's something else!!

I used to think it was fine a year ago with a simple link to your bank account and that was it until the newest version.
Yeah I have updated my account but I'm not 100% sure if I had updated it correctly (I haven't use it to pay anything just yet).
