I think it would be nice to have everyone share their little techniques and stuff to help out people stuck on games or to enhance their enjoyment.
I'll start off with CoD4 PC. Open up your console with the ~ key next to your 1 key, and type in /cg_fov 80. It will open up your field of vision making picking out people much easier. If you play promod I think this is automatically enabled.
Also if you play Bad Company 2 on PC, to get a boost in FPS turn off HBAO in the advanced section of the options. It won't make too much of a difference and it'll make your game run smoother.
