I seem to be living under a rock because things I consider obscure are things that everyone knows about.

I just recently heard about Summer Heights High and then I ask people about and they're like "Yeah, I've known about that show for a while"

Steampunk is a mixture of modern technology and Victorian style design and incorporates aspects of steam power...or at least it looks like its steam powered for instance

And with me it was...pretty much everything significant that happens anywhere.
