Am I the only one reasonably optimistic for this? I mean, even if it's average, I'm counting on it to at least be fun.
I'll put it this way - if Linda Hamilton portrayed "Sarah 1.0" in T1, and "Sarah 2.0" in T2, then I thought Clarke did a good job of "Sarah 1.5" in Genisys, acting as a middle ground of sorts between the two takes.
At the least, she did better than Lena Headey as Sarah Connor, so there is that.
Probably in a minority, but I thought she did quite well as Sarah.Remus said:Khaleesi? So the dragon queen is now a part of Star Wars canon. I dunno how I feel about this. Hope it's better than her turn as Sarah Connor.

Maybe the arc is getting him to that point? Or, maybe he doesn't have a character arc. You can tell a good story with a static character at times.Casual Shinji said:So what the hell is Han Solo's arc going to be in this movie!? Seeing as he starts the first Star Wars off as a jerk who's only in it for number one.
A sizable portion of the fanbase would disagree there. As in, people who boycotted the new films and errected a highway billboard to demand the EU's return level of caring.Ezekiel said:Nobody gives a shit about the EU.
Well, that did kind of bug me in Rogue One, that for all the Rebellion's talk of defying the Empire, it's still mostly the "humans only club."Czann said:Time to think like a SJW: there is only a token alien and a token black dude. All others are white human people!
