I am having a really hard time having fun with Metroid Prime. I like the 2D games so I bought it, belatedly, to see what the fuss is about, with a view to getting the rest if I liked it. But for every minute of fun there's 10mins of tedious backtracking, made worse by the fact that FPS' don't control right on consoles.
I'd say it would be my surprisingly low standards for games. Although my knowledge of games is higher than my knowledge of music, I tend to be more ragetastic when it comes to music. I'll play anything on any game console, but if I'm in a workout class and a Britany Spears remix starts playing, I'll storm right out before the class is over.
I can understand this to an extent. The Mann-conomy/polycount update has... Issues. Or rather, many people have issues with it.Geo Da Sponge said:

I really don't care for MW2, Halo or any of the big online multiplayer communities
I loved Oblivion but I really have no intention of playing Morrowind
I think Justin Beiber gets a lot of abuse that isn't really justified - I don't like him or his music, but he's just a musician
I hate Oasis, U2 and Coldplay - I appreciate they are 'good musicians' but I would find a stiletto through the scrotum more enjoyable than one of their gigs
I do not enjoy looking at pictures of cute cats

Halo is incredibly pretentious when it comes to its story, it tries to make it seem like sacrifice must be made to complete a mission. Unfortunately, with some of the worse character development in an FPS, it ensures that this never works out.

Like i admit they inspired a lot of other bands, but i think The Who did so much more. They were the first to do the whole Rock Opera thing, and the year after Tommy was released another couple Dozen Rock Operas was released by other bands. Plus they wrote an anthem(sp?) for an entire generation....What im not biased towards the Who at all.sageoftruth said:
