Mine is pretty predictable.
I rotate between various Naoto ones. This is my current and favorite one.
Eh, mine's just the paper origami from Heavy Rain. I typically just rotate between dark game related wallpapers.

Lets see, i use this.
Not even gonna bother posting mine. I just have a standard Razer background, with the green snake emblem. I like it though, it's very neutral.
No clutter, all I have on the desktop is the trash bin and spur-of-the-moment Notepad files containing various short-term notes of things I need to remember. Not much point making a calendar entry if it's just my sister calling and asking me to check for a movie ticket.
All my quick-access stuff is in folders down on the task bar, which is of course collapsible for increased screen space. My internet browser is the same, all I have extra is my anti-virus / net security toolbar.

I know I have repeated icons for certain games, its because Im to damn lazy to fix the steam glitch so if a game is in the same series and gets that glitch, I just throw that on there.

I'll try to describe my background though, the T-Rex from Jurassic Park standing in the main hall of the Visitor's Center in the movie roaring triumphantly after she has shown how much of a badass she is while the banner that reads "When Dinosaurs Ruled The Earth" falls down in front of her.
