Personally, I use Firefox. It's really nice, lots of user-made add-ons you can use, etc. A lot of people tend to like Chrome too, but I kinda avoid it, (simply because google is sorta beginning to scare me, being the powerful corporation it has grown to become, plus how google has had a tendency to questionably disregard user privacy many times in the past.. I'm a bit weary of them)
I can really recommend using Firefox. The way its built up and functions makes me want to support it even beyond my initial need to get a highly functioning browser. If you do, I would recommend checking out the add-ons for the browser, as they're the best around.
Some people have taken to Chrome, but I'm far more concerned with Google policy than Mozilla's. Oh, and Chrome has never been noticeably faster for me than FF, especially since version 4 came out.
PS: did you check out Todd in the Shadows on TGWTG? It's great.

Firefox. But seriously, just get anything that isn't IE and you'll be a million times better off. The differences between google chrome and firefox are pretty minimal as long as you have a relatively modern computer, so then it's a question of which you like the most.
Personally I like firefox because it's so customisable & has thousands of add-ons. I think Chrome also has add-ons but the browser sends most of your data back to google...personally I don't want that. But you might not care about this & might like the layout of Chrome more.
Why not install both, then choose?

Personally I think Google Chrome is the best one. Internet Explorer and Firefox crashed too much. And I.E 8 always crashed whenever I went on The Escapist. Grr
i would strictly suggest Chrome. i would also suggest getting an addblock (be it hosts file variaty, or an extension(hosts file would be the better choice because i see it a universal addblock, which also tends to block vid ads) )

Advocating ad-blocking software is against the forum rules here, just a heads-up. And I'd say that the difference between Chrome & Firefox is relatively minimal, but Chrome is possibly the better choice if you don't care at all about modification.thespyisdead said:
