Have you ever had a talent where even you didn't know about it, and discovered it by accident?

Mine was for radio-broadcasting. I was at my student-council meeting, where I found the happy news of me getting to read this morning's annoucments. Thrilled as I was speaking through a mike at 8 am with little sleep, I just tried to relax and have a good time with it.
Most other announcers (student and principle a like) usually either to the corny-perky bit or they just rush through it. So I took it nice and easy, slipping in a couple of jokes here and there.
Now people keep telling me I should keep doing them. Almost everyone who knew me congratulated me and asked me to do announcments everytime it's available. And a few more suggested I try to get a job at the local radio-station, cause of my "natural radio voice."

So, what about you? Have you discovered any talents by accident?

Use firefox or Google chrome, they have built in spell check. I don't really have a "hidden" talent. I have already discovered most of them.

Would anyone happen to know where I can find a program or something that can spell check what I type on the internet? I would type/copy/paste from my Word Processor, but it does odd stuff to my hyphens.
Firefox does it automatically. (If you're using Firefox and it doesn't spellcheck: in the Preferences, to go Advanced, then General, then select "Check my spelling as I type".)

For Internet Explorer, there's a plugin called IESpell [http://www.iespell.com/]. I've never used it so I can't say if it's any good.

Thanks, I appreciate the Spell Check Suggestions! I, and all further readers of my posts, will thank you. Really, they will. So, I'm just going to edit that out now before this ends up as a suggestion thread.

I have a strangely good natural grasp of physics- specifically trajectories/resistance/velocity.
Also, the ability to figure out the best way to destroy electronic devices with minimum effort, faster than anyone else.

I think both of those fall under the "very mild super-powers" category.

Nope. No talents whatsoever. I'd really like to think I have something hidden somewhere, but so far it seems I don't.

^Oww, that hurts my head^
The closest thing I have to a hidden talent is that I am extremly balanced. I found that out after I made it through a ropes course quickly without falling when everyone else fell. (Not sure if that counts as a talent)

I discovered my drawing ability purely by accident. I'm not joking. I just saw a picture, thought "Hey, I'll draw that" and went for it. Turned out to be Anger Inc. [http://labychan.deviantart.com/art/Anger-Inc-62442839] Only up from there..

I'm really good with minor details, apparently. There was one time that a pizza delivery guy didn't give our change back before he left (it was a lot of change, kind of a big deal), and no one could remember what his name tag said or exactly what he looked like. (It was late, everyone was getting tired, that kind of thing.) However, I managed to recall that he had a rather sizable pizza sauce stain on the inside of his left shoe, which stood out since they were white and otherwise spotless. We managed to get our change back later that night.

High school isn't so easy sometimes, but keep your grades up and you can grow up to be an independent adult someday.

Latin.

I was 13, started my first Latin course, and it turns out I was a natural at it...Darn it, now I'm feeling rueful that I didn't take any Latin courses this semester!

Guessing. Really. Given a small pool and basic familiarity with topic I can nail stuff better than anyone I know.

I can also put my feet behind my head; discovered when biting fingernails at an early age and looking for more. :p
