You have $100,000,000 in gold to hide anywhere on Earth and you must hide all of it. You must leave clues leading to the treasure but the clues must be vague enough that you don't get a swarm of people charging for your gold and can't be so vague that your gold becomes an urban legend.
At your hiding spot feel free to mention what traps wait for anyone searching for the gold; the traps can not be more expensive than the gold so no pits to the centre of the Earth; can not be supernatural so no face melting arks and can not be alien so no crystal skull. Preferrably your traps will be able to remove explorers without breaking on the first use; so try to avoid a platform on a pillar above a pit of spikes like National Treasure.
To extend the game feel free to make your clues describe a region and if other players can name the area they get the next go.
The players have full access to search engines, wikipedia etc.
Clue 1: It is in an area 240km wide.
Clue 2: It is at the end of White and Blue.
Clue 3: It was once visited by the Lord of the Fishes but in recent times humans blocked his appearance to control his power.
Clue 4: Here the French discovered a Rose of Stone.
There are no traps except the danger of drowning.
