Hideo Kojima Might Pen Script For Metal Gear Solid Movie

Let Kojima write the script, then have the guy who did the MGS1 translation re-write it. Boom, perfect Metal Gear Solid movie.

Also David Hayter should play Snake. Why not? He can already do the voice...

I can't see how this movie will work? The charm of MGS is the tongue in cheek, 4th wall breaking moments, and all the comedy stuff you can do...

A film would either be too serious, or too corney... there is no middle ground! :/

Dude has no idea how to "wrap it up" whatsoever. The whole movie would seem like the segment from the Silent Hill picture where Alyssa drags everyone out of the experience to explain everything. Killed it for me.

He needs to write cliffnotes and hand it to Christopher Nolan.

I'm guessing that a film made by Hideo Kojima would be 12 hours long and mostly comprised of gameplay, in between rare sections of actual film.
