He didn't specify it but he normally says that only titles that he did a ZP review of during the year in question qualify as a candidate. High on Life was reviewed in 2023, not 2022, so you'll have to wait until december to see if it held up.

I was really surprised he was that positive on it. The humour in the game seems to be the opposite of a lot of what he's said about comedy in the past.
