High-quality microphone

I'm doing game commentaries, and has up 'til now been using a 20$ headset.
I'm getting tired of the poor recording quality and is currently looking for a better mike.

So Escapists, could you help me a better one? Stand-alone or Headset does not matter.
The price limit would have to be around 60$.

I used to have the Creative World of Warcraft Headset, and the mic on that one was maybe to good for its own good. It picked up EVERYTHING. It was almost so bad that my friends could hear me go to the bathroom when the headset was left at my desk (Sadly I broke the headset )

Not sure you really want a mic that is so sound sensitive as the WoW headset for commenting though...

Then again Day9s headset looks rather cheap

I recently got an HP headset with a usb cord to use with my ps3. Its easier to use then any of the jabra bullshit, the one draw back, its not wireless. I can hear much better and its an actual headset not a one ear thing. I think it was around 40 dollars less maybe. How it would do for your commentaries Idk but I like it.
