Hilarious Glitches in games

Flying Zombie Jesus Miranda in Mass Effect 2. I was doing the Mordin Recruitment mission on Omega, in the big fight in the fan room, Miranda gets downed, rises into the air in a crucified position and continues fighting. All the opponent's are laying into her but she just keeps going.

It's not consistently hilarious throughout, but there are moments in this that made me laugh my ass off.
Particularly the "There's the high roller" sequence about halfway though.

I no longer have any of the evidence of it but Postal 2 had some really nasty clipping problems that could lead to dead bodies getting stuck in walls, ceilings and sometimes even shoved through the floors.
You could drop grenades on the ground as their alt-fire mode and they sort of became like land mines. One of my favorite screenshots was where I'd done this in the bank vault which has a really low ceiling and this chick walked in and stepped on my grenade\mine and was launched straight up only to have her head jammed through the ceiling while the rest of her body hung limp like some sort of twisted pinata.

No video evidence sadly but I am going to go with a glitch that I experienced rather frequently during one session of Skyrim.
So, I'm playing the game, chipper as can be. When whatever flyspeck of a town I'm in comes under attack by a Dragon. I kill it, steal it's soul and life continues as usual.
I get a quest to go explore some evil infested hole in the ground and kill whatever lives there.
Skip ahead to the end of that quest and I leave the now less infested hole in the ground and am surprised to see a flaming dragon skeleton plummet out of the sky just as the map loads.
No big deal, at best it's just a dopey glitch. Except that the game wouldn't stop doing it.
I leave an Inn or a tavern....flaming dragon skeleton.
I exit a dungeon...flaming dragon skeleton.
I fast travel clear across the game map...flaming dragon skeleton.
Pretty much any time the overworld map had to load, the game would spawn the final moments of my most recent dragon murder.
Eventually I had to fast travel back to one of the earlier villages and the skeleton got himself spawned halfway inside one of the buildings.
All I could do is sit there while the flaming skeleton had itself an epileptic fit while the game tried to figure out what to do with the mess it made.

I once had a pretty random glitch on Stuntman. (The first one on PS2)
On the final level there's a stunt where you have to hit a ramp and jump over a swimming pool, through a gap between 2 diving boards. (a high board and lower board).
At one point, I hit the jump a little skew-y and clipped one of the boards. My car, at this point, would fall into the pool and the level would end in failure. On this occasion though, my car hit the water, then inexplicably flew into the air and away over the rooftops. It was as if the water acted like a super bouncy catapault. The camera didn't follow the car, it had already cut to the 'failed' angle, so all i could do was watch my car disappear over the rooftops.
Completely mad. Never happened again.

While playing Skyrim a ring outside of Whiterun consisting of the same person multiple times showed up. The longer I played, the more of him there were. Last time I played I think there were eight of him?
I like how in Battlefield 3 occasionally when you kill a guy their body goes flying. I find that hilarious.
