Hi Everyone!

Ever had an absolutely stupid reply to one of your support tickets? Have you ever had someone send you a stupid support ticket? Well, in light of the dumbest Steam support ticket reply ever, I think we should share.

So, a little context for you. The replay update for TF2 broke the game for my computer, sporting a wonderful DEP crash. So naturally, I send a ticket to get this cleared up. Thirteen replies later I get this gem.

Well, you can't really blame them for that. I mean, it's not that bad, really.

Somebody who's supposed to be running tech support for a video game developer no less, should have an even better knowledge of hardware than me. Especially in the realm of GPU's.

And regardless, it would've only taken a quick google search of the card to realise this.
