History - What if?

Pretty simple game, just state a major event in history, but with different circumstances and the next poster says what might have happened, and then states another major event in history, but with different circumstances, and it goes on like that. Example:

What if World War II never happened?

Then the next poster says:

Russia would become a much more powerful nation, as it's economy wouldn't be devastated by the events that took place in WWII

Then he/she asks his/her question. Go!
