But but, he's not Mecha-Hitler! Well, I guess it was just to get the game to the phone, and it would probably sell off of Nostalgia.

I am so confused. Why did they change so much? Are kids playing it? Parents gonna let their kids play the pseudo Nazi-zombie game on their iPhones? ...They don't want people seeing something everyone learns about in the eighth grade?

Wolfenstein's major selling point was always Nazi zombies, I thought.

Nazi symbols (Swastika, SS Cross) are banned in some countries (specifically Germany) in any depiction, so it's easier and cheaper to release one version than a Nazi and Nazi-free copy (Nazi-lite?), and as you could technically buy the game 'anywhere' it should adhere to all reasonable regional legislation...

Nice patch. He looks like he would play in a band and drink coffee at all the cool cafes.

Honestly, this is one of the stranger things I've seen come out of Japan. (It did come from Japan, right?)

Where the heck did you get your information? I'm honestly not sure whether to laugh or scratch my head at this. OF COURSE there are depictions of these symbols here, why the hell wouldn't there be? We're not in denial. Sure, we don't promote them like tasty snacks, but when there's a documentary on the subject, or a TV show, movie, game etc., then these symbols usually appear unchanged and uncensored. You don't honestly believe what Yahtzee said at the end of his review for 'Velvet Assassin', do you...?

I think they put the facial hair on the wrong part of his face.
Uh Oh I think we missed
Yes, they took the black pen, aimed for the upper lip, but fell and accidentally took beneath instead. Solid work. Really.

Nazi O's
Ok, maybe I should have picked a more fitting example, but still... the name "Nazi O's" almost sounds marketable (from a phonetic viewpoint, I mean). xD

But... but... Mecha Hitler! Maybe it's a lie to throw us off.
He's probably out on a journey to fight Flying Raptor Jesus in an epic battle of pure awesomeness.

That really is shit.

Thats stupid how they have to "censor" things in games as not to corrupt or offend "innocent" minds, especially historical things.

*sigh*
