The video's basically a non-entity, even by teaser standards, but the production of another Hitman game is surely a victory for the forces of good in this world!

I'll give Blood Money another shot, to prepare, I suppose.

See if I enjoy it more 3 years later.

I played every hitman game, they're quite enjoyable, Blood Money is one of my favourites, but it hasn't aged so well. The graphics are still fine albeit a little stiff, but the IA does too many weird and unnatural things.

I'd love to see a Hitman with the current production values of current triple A games, although I hope they don't stick in a boring shoot & cover and brown filters. I played Kane & Lynch 2 and it was like torture.

Oh my god! There was so much good in Blood Money, but there was also alot of flaws. If they sort out the flaws and make what was good better, my life will be complete.

I have enjoyed each Hitman so far, and I pray as one of the only remaining stealth games remaining that it stays true.

I don't like the trend recently of games abandoning what made them great in the first place. Then we get the Cluedo board out and start scratching our heads as to why the series died. *Cough* Tony Hawk *COUGH* TONY HAWK *COUGH!*

I'll use Deus Ex as my guide, if that has suffered I'll know for a certainty that Hitman will be nothing and will stay well clear.

I stand with you on that hope. Hitman has never been about shooting, really.

I'm currently playing through Blood Money, and I both love it and hate it for the way it makes me actually think! .

If you look at the numbers in red near the end on the barcode, they are: 110706, and on the second side is 47. It seems odd that they would color those; is that a date or something?

If I were properly paranoid, that would make the release date either June 7, or July 6. Of course, this is just "for fun" speculation.

Ah, me too, I am playing it again since Hitman 5 is near and I like to refresh my memory with games I love, but the more I play it the more limited it seems. The first playthrough is the most amazing because it makes you feel smart by doing what you do, however this is my third one (Each play is at least 2 years apart, so I will forget most of the stuff) and whenever I try to make my executions in a more improvised way, problems arise.

That and the fact all the characters are stiff and unexpresive, and the Spanish dub is aaaaawful.

I wonder what the snake represents. A biblical theme perhaps? Maybe something or somebody will be tempting 47.

Also, squee.

The graphics in that trailer were pretty good. I cannot wait to see it at E3.
CG trailers rarely look bad.

Probably, given "Absolution". He did live in a monastery at the start of Silent Assassin. Hopefully they'll play more into that than the clone stuff.

OT: Finally.

Cool. Though I've never really played much of them in the past the concept of the Hitman games have intrigued me. I'll probably give this one a shot when it comes out.

Heh. Forgot about the title. =P

I think(/hope) the clone stuff is properly wrapped up after Blood Money. Time to tread some new ground.
