Hollywood "Lookers".

By "Lookers" I mean the actors and actresses today in Hollywood who can't act and make it due to their looks. Name anyone who you believe has honestly no acting ability and has made it due to that alone.

Natalie Portman - She has good roles but in every role she acts the same. The whole "I'm Natalie Portman, I have a New York accent, everyone wants to date me..." kind of act. It never changes
Jessica Alba (although Dark Angel was actually cool)

Those are the only two I can think of at the moment.

But I kid, Hollywood is gradually becoming more and more shallow in the way that you mention. But even Al Pacino and de Niro's attractiveness was an acquired taste; they represent those kind of actors who, even as they become wrinkly geezers, are still given movies (the most recent of which were crap, but that's besides the point). Hollywood (I get the feeling we're personifying a town) recognizes talent, it's just that the vast public doesn't. And besides, one of the sexiest men in history is also a very multi-talented, hard-working actor, and his name is Johnny Depp.
