Okay, so I just had to restore my iPod today because it was bricked. (Not about to name why) I went through all of the setups and stuff and thought to myself, "Hey I should check out the app store." So I did. I went to login but it kept saying that my password is wrong. I knew this was complete bullshit, since prior to this I have put in that very password at least 20 times a day on that thing, but do the whole "Forgot my password" thing. I chose to send me the link to reset it to my email. Well I went to get the email and saw that I had a shit-ton of receipts sent from apple that were a bit more recent than I remembered ever buying anything. Furthermore they were in fucking SPANISH! Of course I find this a bit odd and look at it. Apparently some asshat named Julio Cesar Cohen got onto my Itunes account and spent a grand total of $80 on random Spanish music and like 10 apps. I now have a total of a little more than six bucks left on my account. Of course I set my password to a new email and changed my password and all that, but I wanted my fucking money back. So I went onto the Apple website to see if I could maybe contact them and tell them "Hey, I just got hacked and I want my $80 back, damnit!" but there was no option to even email their support desk.

My question to you, Escapists, is what the hell should I do?

You got boned.

Sorry. Sounds like you did everything possible to fix it (Apples not giving you money).

Oh, check your PC/Mac for malicious code. Never know how the fucker got in.

That might get a bit difficult, was the money tied to a credit card or just your account?
If it's a credit thing you can get that settled much easier, not sure how you deal with Apple on this. As other people have said, Apple probably won't care.
Stop buying Apple stuff, is the only advice I can give for dealing with them.

Alternately (less serious answer to brighten the mood) find the man who stole from you and get revenge! Preferably while wearing a costume.
Or tell your story to /b/ and ask them to help you get revenge, they're like bounty hunters in that respect, oh but tell them to get revenge while wearing costumes.

report it to your bank, apple wont care in the slightest.

^^This. Contact your bank and contest the charges. Since you have the guy's name, you might be able to track him down and get him arrested as well.

If you lost all that money in iTunes credit, you're boned.

However, there's two things you can do:

1. Run a good virus scanner to find any malicious code, then change your password afterwards.

2. The idiot SENT YOU HIS NAME. Give those emails to the police.

Just go to you nearest Apple Store and tell them about it there. Then when they say no just make a scene and the'll will give in to your demands just to make you go away. Hell I know I would.

The Most Epic of Lulz, but I seem to have done the /b/ work, I googled the guys name and apparently he has a myspace.
I have very little idea of what you said there and doubt you've ever been on a /b/oard let alone 4Chan's (actually that should be the other way round) but regardless, /b/ is not a proper noun. It is not referred to as "the /b/" it's just /b/.

And before anyone says so: Rules 1 & 2 are about talking about /b/ activity. Not explanation of /b/ itself. One could argue that what I said is contradictory but there is a big difference between telling someone about the epic EFG combo thread which EFG actually won. Then telling someone what /b/ is.
