So I saw this;
And thought to myself; that doesn't look to dangerous(Ye I know you can't control it but if you got a lot of water around you that shouldn't be a issue) or expensive and pretty simple to build.

My question is; exactly how do you assemble it and how much would it approximately cost and is the fuel in the video just water and air?

Probably is but building something similar shouldn't be to hard, but wouldn't give as much power.

You could make one out of those 5 gallon bulk water jugs i guess. Would give you crazy amounts of thrust but no speed. A better way is to use dry ice fire extinguishers strapped to your feet ;]

Ye, it was, however they made a jet pack. The video itself shows a rocket if you ask me.
