Homeworld turns 10

Over at http://www.relicnews.com people are celebrating Homeworlds 10th anniversary. So, how about you? What does Homeworld mean for you? Is as groundbreaking as many fans experience it or was it just another game(tm)?

I see it as one of the best crafted games of all time, blending nice graphics, a fine story, a great interface and great sound design in a way that fits.

I've never played the first game, but the second constantly pounded me with unstoppable waves of units until I ragequit. Balance issues are a *****.

Beautiful game though.

It's one of the best games ever yet it goes horribly unnoticed. I find that tragic.
