So i was just watching the Unskippable:Haze reveiw and got me thinking abut the different kinds of Marines.I prefer the Halo 3 ones,even if they are faceless at least they can fire the guns and have a load of quotes suiting to the situation.And Hoo rah is the best catchphrase ever.

What kinds of Marines is there then? The Halo 3 ones seem like the general type to me.

Catchphrases...are OK.

AI, I love having hundreds of friendly AI, even if they're crap. I love the feeling of being in a big battle, and not being alone. Tis why I loved the 1st Call of Duty.

Hm...

Marines in games are all the same. Faceless teamates (with few exceptions) who fight terribly and usually run in front of my guns. Then they get pissed at me for shooting them.

Favorite catchphrase? "ITS TIME TO SPLIT!"

And the best AI I have encountered was in the first F.E.A.R.
The enemies actually worked together, and actually used tactics.
I remember a fight with 5 of the enemy, I killed 4, but couldn't find the fifth. So I just assumed he got blown up by one of the grenades I threw.
Well a little while ahead I got through one of those scary "unknown encounters", and right after that I turned around and there he was, right in my face and about to melee me.

Damn near crapped my pants.
