I'm sure they've already been said, but I love Alyx from Half-Life 2 and Jade from Beyond Good and Evil.

So, instead, gonna have to say this new reboot of Lara Croft. I like the refinements and I like girls with some dirt on them or when they look like they literally had their ass handed to them while kicking ass (which is usually what happens) Looking forward to see if there will be a good game, though.
